I use high quality Polymer clay from FIMO to make all the products. And they will be glazed with UV resin, which can protect the products from water, dirt etc.

All our products are coated with a UV resin coating, making them very sturdy and quite durable. However, given that they're made from Polymer clay, we recommend avoiding frequent rough handling or dropping to ensure their longevity.

To ensure safe transit, we take great care in packaging our products. However, if, by any unfortunate chance, you receive a damaged item, please don't hesitate to contact us right away. We'll work together to find a solution. Thank you for your understanding!❤️

All of our pieces are completely handmade from polymer clay without using any moulds, which means every item is truly one of a kind!✨

As the maker, I always do my best to make each piece look as close as possible to the photos shown. However, due to the handmade nature of our work, there may be very slight variations in details such as the capybara’s body shape, facial painting, and other small features. We believe these little differences are part of what makes handmade creations so special.

Since all of our products are individually handmade, slight size variations may naturally occur from piece to piece. The size information shown in the last slide of the product images should be used as a general reference. In some cases, there may be small differences of up to around 0.5 cm. However, we use the same amount of clay for each design to keep the overall size and proportions as consistent as possible, so any differences are usually very minimal and hardly noticeable.
